How Does TakerTracker Work?

Make reasonable offers on anything and everything you would like to buy with your current ReExchange listings. Wherever you see the TakerTracker icon, you can click on it to make offers on TakerTracker using listings you have in the ReExchange database. From the offers you make, TakerTracker will match your offer to a situation allowing all three exchangers to own exactly what they made offers on.

A Simple Three-Way Example:

TakerTracker is made possible by information technology and new software. The system searches the property database for a multi-way exchange match. For an example: You offered your apartment complex in California and are willing to take a medical center in exchange. You find a center in Alaska that you want, but the Alaska agent is not interested in your California apartment complex. He is interested in a ranch in Montana. The Montana Rancher is interested in a California apartment complex. TakerTracker recognizes the connection to create a multi-way exchange. This system will also conduct a complex multi-way search to help complete a larger loop.
