Information Will I Need Prior to Calling? |
|
You will need both your
account number and the buyers account number. If you are calling
for the balance of your ExchangeCredit account you will also need your pin
number.

for Phone System |
- At the prompt enter
your Account number followed by # key
- The #
key will accept your account number.
- The *key
will allow you to reenter your account number.
- Next you will be
asked if you would like to do a standard -transaction, know the balance
of your account or an escrow transaction
- For a standard
-transaction enter 1
- Enter
the buyers account number followed by the #
key
- You will
be asked if the buyers account number you entered is correct
if it
is
- enter
the # key to
Accept
- or
* and enter the number again
- For your acount
balance amount enter 2
- Enter your
pin number
- You will
be asked if the pin number you entered is correct
if it
is
- enter the
# key to Accept
- or
* and enter the number again
- For an escrow
transaction enter 3
- Enter the
buyers account number followed by the #
key
- You will
be asked if the account number you entered is correct
if it
is
- enter the
# key to Accept
- or
* and enter the number again
