| What
is ExchangeMail?
Exchangemail is an internal e-mail system designed by ReExchange to help keep your e-mail address private. Exchangemail is also used to communicate with other users while working out the details of sales and exchanges. Exchangemail comes in handy if you are traveling and have access to the Internet, but not your e-mail program. Simply go to Exchangemail and correspond without missing a beat! There are 3 ways to access Exchangemail: 1. From any item's listing page (the page that shows an item's picture, description, etc.) 2. If you receive a Exchangemail, ReExchange will notify you via e-mail with a link to your Exchangemailbox. 3. From the top menu bar found on most pages. Click "User Services" then "Check/Send Exchangemail." How to Send a New Exchangemail Message... Open your Exchangemailbox by using any of the steps listed above. Enter your password (if you haven't already done so previously in your visit to ReExchange). Click the "New Message" button at the bottom of the page. This will open a blank Exchangemail sheet for you to type your message. Enter the username of the person you wish to Exchangemail. Remember that usernames are case sensitive, so be sure to capitalize the necessary characters. Type in a brief subject of your Exchangemail, and in the space provided below that, type your message. Press "Send." Your Exchangemail is sent immediately, and the recipient will be notified that they've got Exchangemail. Checking Exchangemail... If you have new messages, ReExchange will notify you via e-mail. Click on the link in your e-mail to go to your Exchangemailbox. Once you have entered your username and password (if you haven't already done so previously in your visit to ReExchange), your mailbox will appear and your unread messages will have a "New" icon beside them. Click on the subject line of the message to read it. Replying to a Exchangemail... Simply press "Reply" and then type your reply above the message you just read. Press "Send" when you are finished. Deleting a Exchangemail... Press "Delete." The message will be deleted immediately. Once you delete a Exchangemail, there is no way to retrieve it. Be sure to print out any correspondence you wish to keep before deleting! Printing Exchangemail... Use your Internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, etc.) to print Exchangemail. Each browser is different, but most have a "File" button to click and from there click "Print." The current page will print, so be sure the message you wish to print is displayed. Important: Exchangemail is used for working out offer details. You may accept the offer once the conditions are agreeable, and specified correctly in the conditions and stipulations box in the offer. |
