ExchangeCredits can be spent immediately or held for future use to buy items, services or real estate from other ReExchange users that may be willing to accept ExchangeCredits. You may also make offers to any ReExchange user referring them to this page. These users may or may not agree to the sale of their item for ExchangeCredits. | |
| What is the Advantage of using ExchangeCredits versus Cash? | |
|
Business is much easier with ExchangeCredits. They are safer
to use than the transfer of cash because no transfers are made from your
account until you authorize the debit. With ExchangeCredits, no exchange takes place until both parties are registered ExchangeCredits users and each
has agreed that the transaction is satisfactory.

| How to Register as an ExchangeCredits Users. | |
| Email ExchangeCreditInfo@ReExchange.com and one of ReExchange's Exchange Brokers will contact you by phone or email. 9am and 4pm MST.You will then be able to sign up and begin buying and selling
using ExchangeCredits. |

| How to Purchase ExchangeCredits : | |
| At
the time that the Exchange Broker contacts you, you can tell us the amount of
ExchangeCredits
you would like to have in your account and we can either bill your credit
card or you can send a check or money order. In some cases we may buy a product or commodity
that you have. |

| How to Accept ExchangeCredits for Your Items: | |
| When listing your item/service/real-estate, select the option that
reads "I Will Accept ExchangeCredits For This Item". |

| How Do I Earn ExchangeCredits ? | |
| You
can earn ExchangeCredits by selling your goods or services on the exchange to a user that
currently has ExchangeCredits. |
|
| How Do I Make an Offer with My ExchangeCredits ? | |
| When
you write your preliminary offer, simply include the amount of ExchangeCredits you are willing
to pay for the item. The seller will respond to that offer just as though
it was a exchange or
cash offer. |

| What is the minimum/maximum amount of ExchangeCredits I can use? | |
| There is no minimum or maximum ExchangeCredits
transaction amount. There is however a minimum $3.50 transaction fee. |

| What are the Fees for Using ExchangeCredits ? | |
It is absolutely free to register for ExchangeCredits membership. List items that you will accept ExchangeCredits for and to browse items that other Users are willing to take ExchangeCredits for. ReExchange charges a cash fee to the buyer, 3.5% of the transaction value, when the transaction is completed by the Exchange Broker, seller and buyer. NO fees are due until you spend the ExchangeCredits. These fees will be higher if you contract to have the listings worked by the TakerTracker however, these fees will be negotiated and agreed to in advance.

| Can I Pay My Transaction Fee with ExchangeCredits instead of Cash? | |
| The 3.5% transaction fee that
is charged by ReExchange
is a cash payment only and cannot be paid with ExchangeCredits.There is a minimum $3.50 transaction fee. Payment can be paid
in check, credit card or money order. The credits will not be released from
an account until this fee is paid unless other arrangements with management
are made. In some cases, a secured note to company will be acceptable in
larger transactions. |

| What is the value of a ExchangeCredit ? | |
| The
Internal Revenue service recognizes one ExchangeCredit as being equivalent
to one American dollar and treats all barter transactions as taxable events
just like any cash transaction. |
|
| Are there any Tax Implications? | |
| Each state and
province varies regarding how much sales tax is charged on a transaction,
therefore please check with your accountant or local tax office to determine
the correct amount. Any
sales tax obligations will be the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller. |

| How will I be Billed and When Do I Pay? | |
| Our
Exchange Brokers can take your Credit Card or you can pay by check or money
order. Visa, Master Card and American Express accepted. |

| Can I still Accept other Products, Services, or Cash if I Accept ExchangeCredit ? | |
| Yes
you can, right up to the time you agree to accept ExchangeCredits. A product
can be partially or fully purchased with ExchangeCredits. |

| How can I Find My ExchangeCredit Balance? | |
| Once you have contacted ReExchange
and set up your ExchangeCredit account you will be able to call our automated
system to inquire anytime about your ExchangeCredits. The number is (406) 284-3002. To log on you will need your pin and account number. The Exchange Broker
will provided this to you at registration. |

| Are My ExchangeCredit Transferable to Another User? | |
| Yes, upon registration by a new user
and transaction fees paid. |
|
| How do I Perform a Transaction? | |
| Both
the seller and buyer must sign up for ExchangeCredits
prior to the deal being completed. Once both parties have a ExchangeCredit
account number the Seller will call in and enter a transfer to the Buyer's account. The Seller will need to know the Buyer's
account number. The transfer is complete. The Buyer is responsible for the
3.5% transaction fee. The number is

| What happens to My ExchangeCredit if I do Not Use Them? | |
| When you purchase your ExchangeCredits you will receive an invoice at the end of the month. A statement
of your account will be mailed to you monthly. Your account stays on file
until you wish to purchase something. ExchangeCredits are held in this manner for up to 10 years from the last day of
activity, at that time your account will be purged from our system. |
